ICE32 Background Information In 1998, Dr. Fred Massey reviewed and tested the available air-conditioning lubricant additive products and recognized that the current environmental concerns and the mandated change to the lesser effective freons was going to create a real need for new technology to enhance the effectiveness of the substitute freons. Dr. Massey was directed to Dr. Ben Mosier (Please see CV), President of the Institute For Research, Inc.. Fred's charge for Dr. Mosier was to look into engineering a new high tech, environmentally friendly compound, with unsurpassed lubricity characteristics. No small task. Over the next two years Dr. Mosier developed and tested more than 800 combinations of chemicals, methods, products and formulas. The net result of this work is, using his own words, "astonishing". Dr. Massey named the new product "Thermolube", and then supervised the process whereby Thermolube was then blended to fit the requirements and needs of the auto climate control system. The result is the revolutionary new product, ICE32. ICE32 Auto Air, L.P. ("ICE32") was formed in late 2000 to market the new product to the auto vehicle after market segment. We have developed a marketing strategy and lean but effective infrastructure, with hand picked distributors throughout the country. Never satisfied with their own accomplishments, Dr. Massey and Dr. Mosier are continuing to improve upon and develop new applications and uses for Thermolube. Their goal is to have a family of products which will be environmentally safe and provide dramatic benefits to any person or industry that uses a machine with moving parts.
